How do I clean and maintain my CoreSculpt Belt?

Proper maintenance ensures your CoreSculpt Belt remains effective and hygienic:

1. Turn off the device completely before cleaning
2. Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface of the belt
3. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap solution
4. Never submerge the belt in water

How do I apply the Sculpt+ Firming Slim Gel?

4. Place the CoreSculpt Belt directly over the area where you applied the gel
5. Wash your hands after application

How do I use the FitTrack Measuring Tape properly?

To get accurate measurements:

1. Measure at the same time of day (preferably morning)
2. Stand relaxed, not holding your breath or tensing
3. For waist measurement, find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel
4. For hips, measure the widest part of your hips/buttocks
5. Keep the tape parallel to the floor
6. Pull the tape so it’s snug but not digging into your skin
7. Record your measurements weekly to track progress

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for international orders. Orders within Thailand are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping is free on all orders.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Thailand and China, allowing us to efficiently deliver to customers worldwide. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to you.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

In the rare event that your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product before reaching out to us. This helps us process your claim more efficiently.

Are there any countries you don’t ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide; however, there are a few regions where we cannot guarantee delivery due to logistical challenges or shipping restrictions.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thaibizgo@thaibizgo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all Veliva™ products come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.

Our warranty ensures that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If your product develops a covered defect during this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order number and date of purchase
3. Provide a detailed description of the issue you’re experiencing
4. Include photos or videos that demonstrate the problem, if possible
5. Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours

If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the defective product and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Can I get a refund if I’m not seeing results?

Yes, as part of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you can return your product if you’re not satisfied with the results.

We’re confident in the effectiveness of our products when used as directed. However, we understand that individual results may vary. If you’ve been consistently using the product as recommended for at least 2-3 weeks and aren’t seeing the expected results, you can return it within the 30-day window for a refund.

We recommend taking measurements before you begin using the product and then weekly thereafter to objectively track your progress.
